We specialize in the sale of luxury handbags and fashion accessories.
Product imagery displayed on our website is for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colors and textures accurately, minor variations may occur between the physical product and digital displays.

Payments

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, and other authorized gateways (including Apple Pay and PayPal).
We do not store or process complete credit or debit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in British Pounds (GBP / £).

Order Cancellation & Verification

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion prior to dispatch, including but not limited to cases involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Incorrect or incomplete billing/delivery details;
Inventory unavailability or pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately via the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, usesolenry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for statutory consumer rights under UK law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights guaranteed to consumers under United Kingdom Consumer Protection Laws (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).
